If you’re in Chicago this weekend, the Bloodhorse burger will be available at Kuma’s Corner. It was the burger of the month for January 2010 but is now back for this weekend apparently.

The burger is as follows:
10 oz patty served on a garlic and herb buttered pretzel roll, topped with pepperoni, house made spicy marinara, hot italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, grilled red onions and fresh basil.

I’ve had it, it’s incredible, and I’m not just saying that because it’s named after my band. Luke Tobias does not fuck around with burgers. If you’ve had to decide if you want a burger or a pizza, this is the answer.
